Engagement: Launch Friend Referral programs to grow your base or use Direct Allocation to instantly distribute points or rewards for service recovery or special events.

The system supports Real-Time Earn/Burn, Retro Claims, and Manual Adjustments.
Reward Inventory Management: The Reward Management feature manages your inventory (e.g., gift cards, coupons) with controls for effective periods, total quota, reserved quantity, and redemption quantity.
Engaging Activities: Easily run special engagement campaigns:
Stamping Programs: Configure virtual stamp cards with tiers and set rewards that members can redeem upon collecting the required number of stamps. Stamp granting is tied directly back to your Promotion Rules.
